There are many different areas you can go into when you decide to get a state job. There are also quite a lot of jobs available in certain sectors and many people work for the state for years without complaints. They are happy, safe and content. But like any other job you need to choose a direction that you can do with a smile. You have to enjoy what you do for it to be a nice experience. Don’t go into something that you know you will hate.

State jobs in the United States Coast Guard are very popular. They are the leading maritime law enforcement agency and form an important part of homeland security.
